 The Mega pack add on
Hi I maybe missing something from the following taken from the information about dry liner add ons. I guess this is the add on that you get when you purchase the mega pack.
The Dry Liner Add-On For those presenters who wish to update their dry lines each month this is a great add on. It’s simple, get the add on and order up to 5 new dry lines each month with no additional cost. The voice is our professional ‘Presenter VO’ artist meaning your show will continue sounding as professional as ever. This is a really good add on if you want to add a simple bit of variety into your show each month! What you get? - 5 dry lines each month from our ‘Station VO’ artist. How does it work? On the final week of every month our online form will open in your members area and you’ll be able to order up to 5 lines from our Station VO artist. These will then be delivered to you in the first 2 weeks of the following month. N.B – Lines do not “roll over” month to month.
It clearly states that in the final week of the month an online form will appear in the members area so that we can order our dry liners to be delivered in the first two weeks of the following month. I have had no online form appear and it is now the end of the months and it also clearly states that lines do not roll over. I'm kind of left wondering what i'm paying an extra £10 a month for.

Re: The Mega pack add on
Hi Rob,
Apologies for the confusion, this is incorrect as there isn't an online form at present, I will remove this particular line from the description.
You should be receiving an e-mail from Rich regarding these (I know the end of the month is approaching quickly but don't worry you wont miss out on the liners)
Thanks, Chris

I would like to point out that this is Rich's area and any imaging issues should be directed to production reachonair.com in case he doesn't see this forum post. I know Rich has been busy with a new career recently but I do know he is ordering liners from our VO still. Don't worry, if the order is not fulfilled (for whatever reason), we will make sure you get the amount of dry liners you have paid for. However I don't think Rich will let it come to that

Re: The Mega pack add on
Hi Rob,
When I saw you last, I did explain that the dryliner ordering is done via email, but I must apologise because I have been somewhat busy with work.
When it says that lines dont roll over from month to month, I have been ignoring that rule recently, to make it fair to everyone and make sure that you do get what you have paid for. So please dont think that you wont get them, I do keep track of who is owed what. A good example of that is with Owen - he didnt receive any drys for sometime, what with the production team changing around etc, I made sure that these were all caught up with, although it did take a while to completely catch up!
I will be in touch as soon as I have chance to get in front of the emails. You arent missing out at the moment anyway because the station voice is on holiday until mid August, so no liners can be ordered at the moment anyways.
You have my number Rob, I cant really take calls at the moment but I do reply to texts whilst at work, so if you have any queries give me a shout
Regards,
Rich

Just as an update, I have emailed all the subscribers to the relevant add-on packs, if you are one of the subscribers you will have an email waiting for you, asking for your drylines!
Regards,
Rich Head of Production

Re: The Mega pack add on
I'd just like to say that this wasn't a dig at anyone either. As I've said before Rich working on his career should take priority over any work he does for no monetary reward. I what the management and team do is excellent and the expansion of reach shows this. I was just confused about what the paperwork was saying as to what was actually happening.

There's 3 of us in the group, so whilst I am not driving, someone else is. So I get a short amount of time to play on my phone LOL
