Our Community

The Reach OnAir community hub offers everyone, from listener to broadcaster, the chance to find out more about the station. Along with the contact details to get in touch with the live presenter you will soon be able to view our ReachRoom updates, blogdates and the webcam archive! If you need any further information please feel free to call Reach Broadcasting Limited on the numbers provided below.

Reach OnAir Status

We now have included a Reach Status at the side of each page and on the community page. This is to show if management and/or our technical team are aware of an issue. The current status is shown below:

On Air Contacts

Reach OnAir invites you to get in contact with the on air presenter! Texts will appear on the presenters screen automatically and voicemails will be sent directly to the presenters e-mail address! Contacting the presenter can be done via the following ways:

Call 0800 612 8350, Calls free from UK landlines. Select option 1 when connected,
or call 01245 330112, Calls charged at a local or national rate.

Live On Air Presenter: For contacting the currect live presenter.
Shows Admin: For contacting us about a show query or question.
Enquiries: For general contact including technical issues.
Sales Team: For use if you want to advertise with Reach OnAir or want information on services.
Station Management: For urgent matters not relating to enquiries[at].
External Communications: For any details relating to our social networking sites.
CRITICAL - Urgent Use Only: For URGENT queries only. E.g. Streams are down or a major issue affecting the station.
