R-PRO - Earn money for broadcasting radio shows
Reach OnAir is allowing its Loyalty members the chance to earn money for every hour they broadcast on our airwaves. Over the past two years Reach OnAir has been growing on a daily basis. We have launched countless new services and our audience figures just keep on rising. This continued growth has allowed us to form special partnerships with companies who want their message on our airwaves. We had a choice, insert traditional advertising into our stream, or do something unique... we chose to do the latter... R-PRO allows you to earn £1 for every hour broadcast live on air. Feel free to read all about it below.
The Basics
R-PRO combines your shows on Reach with companies who pay to have their message advertised on the station.
Every time you have a show you can activate R-PRO if you want to earn money. Simply choose a sponsor from a list we provide, download the imaging (5 x 12 second Sweepers) and then play it out on your show, spreading it evenly throughout each hour.
For every hour you broadcast with R-PRO activated, we'll give you £1 - Easy! Although the first hour each week is for the love of the station.

It really depends how many hours you decide to broadcast under the R-PRO scheme, but something to mull over...

1. Book your show - First step is to book your show. This process has not changed and you can continue to book shows either using the station pot or your own credits! |

2. R-PRO YOUR SHOW - In your members area click on the 'R-PRO Activate' box and select your upcoming show (no less than 3 hours before you go live). We will show you a list of companies who want to sponsor your show. Select one and download 5 x Sweepers. |

3. Do your show! - Your music, your chat, your show as ever before. Just play the 5 x sweepers at times you feel suit your show - we only ask you to try and space them out somewhat evenly over the hour! |

4. Validate Your Show - Once your show is over simply log back into your members area and select 'R-PRO Validate'. Let us know at what time (to the nearest minute) you played the sweepers, this allows us to check the sponsored imaging was broadcast without issue. |

5. Collect your money - We will review and approve the show, if all is well that's £1 in your account per hour! When you reach £25 in your account you can request to withdraw the money via PayPal. Job done! |

When do I get my money?
If you have earned £25 in your account you can request to withdraw it to PayPal.
Do I still pay a Loyalty fee?
For now, yes. The Loyalty fee is the backbone to keep the station alive. The great news is with just a few hours a month Reach becomes cost neutral, any more and you can earn a few bob!
Do I have to do this?
Nope! If you would rather not earn any money and just broadcast your shows without any sponsor message then please go right ahead!
Will this make Reach too add heavy?
If you listen to any other non-BBC radio station you will hear constant add output at inconvenient times. We are simply adding a few sweepers (a combined total of 1 minute per hour) to our currently add-free airwaves. If anything, the introduction of R-PRO will only add a heightened sense of professionalism, plus the sponsored messages can be played at a time to suit your show so should never conflict with your show plans.

Terms and Conditions
Please make sure you have a read through these terms and conditions to make sure you are happy to broadcast an R-PRO show. Remember if you fail to adhere to all these then:
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE BROADCASTING AN R-PRO SHOW. ANY BROADCASTER WHO BREAKS THESE RULES MAY BE SUSPENDED AND/OR PERMANENTLY DISQUALIFIED FROM THE R-PRO SCHEME AND HAVE ANY EARNED CREDIT DELETED.
Reward = Agreed monetary gift for successfully completing an R-PRO show. Currently the standard amount (unless otherwise stated) is £1. A reward may also be refereed to as "credit".
R-PRO show = A live one hour show broadcasting with the intention to receive a reward under the R-PRO scheme.
OnAir time = Live broadcasting
R-PRO account = An individual account linked directly with 1 (one) individual Loyalty member. The R-PRO account will show the number of rewards received by completing validated R-PRO shows.
R-PRO Activate = The Process of turning a specific live show booked and approved on Reach OnAir into an R-PRO Show
To Validate a show = For management to review and approve an R-PRO show and consider all requirements, terms and conditions met. On validation a reward will be granted. Validations may be revoked at any time.
Reach Professional (R-PRO) is a supplementary service to Reach OnAir. Unless otherwise stated, all terms and conditions below are to be followed in addition to the Reach OnAir terms of service. As an account holder you have agreed to these terms on sign up, for a reminder please see the following links:

R-PRO is only available to Loyalty members aged 16 and over (as of the date of broadcast). You confirm your Reach OnAir account accurately displays your correct birthday as stated on your certificate of birth and/or passport.
Those wishing to participate in R-PRO must have a valid and active PayPal account and be currently engaged in a monthly subscription to the Reach OnAIr Loyalty account.
Reach OnAir cannot be held responsible for additional charges or deductions taken by PayPal on withdrawal of account credit.
Reach OnAir cannot be held responsible for lose or delay of finances by PayPal
Being part of the R-PRO service entitles you to a monetary reward per hour for broadcasting a live radio show and following the listed requirements made available to you before each show.
Failure to comply with the standard Reach OnAir terms of service or R-PRO terms and conditions will disqualify you from the R-PRO service and rewards. Any disqualification will mean deduction of all credits within your R-PRO account.
During an R-PRO show you may only promote and advertise the agreed company/brand/messages you have been provided with.
You may not on ANY account play ADDITIONAL advertisements, sponsorships or third party messages during an R-PRO show.
Broadcasting a show under the R-PRO service does not require a sponsorship add-on.
The R-PRO service is available only to active Loyalty members who have paid their latest monthly installment.
No Loyalty member may collect a monetary reward if they are in arrears to Reach OnAir of any payment, for any service.
If a show is missed you will not be entitled to receive an R-PRO reward.
An R-PRO show which has more than two disconnection's (per hour) and/or misses more than 6 minutes of onair time will only be validated on management discretion.
An R-PRO show that misses more than 10 minutes of onair time will not be validated.
If Reach OnAir is the responsible for any downtime or reasons that do not allow an R-PRO show to occur and/ or complete we will be unable to validate a show. "Presenter Credits" will be returned if used to book the show.
If you do not FULLY complete the requirements set forward for your R-PRO show you will not be eligible to collect your reward. These requirements are clearly set out when you choose to broadcast an R-PRO show.
You must spread out the timings of the required imaging in a reasonable timeframe throughout your show. Reach OnAir will reject the validation of your R-PRO show if they feel the required output has been compromised, deliberately or unintentionally. i.e. - all imaging is played at the beginning or end of the show in one go.
Every time a show is validated the appropriate reward will be added to the Loyalty members R-PRO account.
Rewards may not be transferred between accounts.
It may take up to 10 days to validate a R-PRO show.
When an R-PRO account reaches £25 in credit a withdrawal my be requested via the withdrawal form located inside your members area.
Withdrawals may take up to 30 days to be processed and transferred to the PayPal account linked with the loyalty account.
Loyalty members cannot activate their desired R-PRO show with less than 3 hours before broadcast.
Reach OnAir has the right to stop any R-PRO show before broadcast without financial penalty or requirement to pay a reward.
Reach OnAir have the right not to validate any show they feel does not satisfy the requirements of the R-PRO agreement or is deliberately/unintentionally trying to deceive/void the Reach Professional scheme.
Reach OnAir will not make part payments for incomplete or partly complete R-PRO shows.
The reward amount will be specified when you activate your show.
A R-PRO reward is only available with the companies listed in your official members area on Reach OnAir.
It is your responsibility to delete and download fresh R-PRO imaging for each company before every R-PRO show. Company imaging may change/ update at any time without notification.
You must only talk in a positive manner about the company sponsoring you show on R-PRO
It is your responsibility to correctly validate your R-PRO show. You must specify the times you played out the R-PRO imaging. Failure to correctly validate your show may make the validation process result in rejection.
Inaccurate/ made up logs may result in permanent suspension from broadcasting R-PRO shows.
Reach OnAir may suspend any account holder from broadcasting R-PRO shows without stating reason.
The credit in your R-PRO account will only be valid while your Reach Loyalty account remains active.
Members may only R-PRO a show that has been booked with credits issued to the member at the beginning of the broadcast week; shows booked with station tokens (from the station pot) may not be used for R-PRO shows.
If your Reach OnAIr Loyalty account is in arrears of payment, closed, deleted or deactivated your R-PRO credit will be deleted permanently.
R-PRO is an optional service supplementary to broadcasting on Reach OnAir.
You may not play or say imaging or statements from any other company, sponsor or similar during your R-PRO show.
Repeated shows are not entitled to additional R-PRO payments.
Pre-recorded shows will be entitled to payment, but only for the ONE (1) broadcast. Pre-Recorded shows deemed to be identical or similar will not be validated. A broadcaster may be suspended from the R-PRO service for uploading the same show more than once for the R-PRO format.
It is the responsibility of the broadcaster to account for any earnings from Reach OnAir R-PRO scheme. Money received from R-PRO is treated as a reward for broadcasting and not payroll.
You may not hold more than £40 in your R-PRO account before a mandatory withdrawal is enforced.
R-PRO Validation decisions may be revoked at any point, even after confirmation/approval.
The first hour you broadcast each week is excluded from R-Pro
